Durley Parish Council has been approached by a Planning Agent to inform Parish Councillors about a possible housing development at Quob Stables. Although for no more than thirty properties this is still a significant number of additional homes for Durley. Whilst Councillors listened to the Planning Agent it was reiterated that in the current Winchester District Local Plan there is no housing allocation for Durley.
Durley Parish Council is committed to doing all within its power to protect our village and will only look to support proposals that enhance our village and is to the benefit of the whole village.
